With great at-home care and regular exams and checkups, we generally expect All-on-X to last for decades and possibly your entire life. Make sure to:

- Be proactive about looking for signs of gum disease
- Avoid smoking or vaping
- Visit our office for 2x annual exams and checkups
Your toothache may lessen or disappear, but this doesn’t mean the problem has gone away. The longer you wait, the more damage (and discomfort) you risk. Always seek help for a toothache (and avoid a bigger issue) right away.
If your tooth is still in one piece, pick it up by the crown (don’t touch the root) and gently rinse it off under running water. Carefully place the tooth back into the socket and call us right away to let us know what happened. The sooner you seek treatment, the better your chances that we can save your tooth.
